Matt enjoys working with Buyers and Sellers for Farmland, Waterfront, Vacant Land Tracts, Recreational Properties, Luxury Properties, and pretty much any Mountain Property. Matt has lived in Floyd County his entire life except when he attended nearby Radford University.

Matt grew up in this area exploring the Blue Ridge Parkway, fishing on the Little River and other Trout waters, and is very familiar with the Blue Ridge Mountains and the surrounding Roanoke and New River Valley areas of Southwest Virginia. Matt enjoys spending time with his family and friends taking in the Blue Ridge Mountain Culture & Music Festivals, playing Golf at multiple courses the Blue Ridge Mountains offer and the outdoor recreational opportunities in and around Floyd County, Virginia.

Matt is a licensed Real Estate Broker, Real Estate Appraiser, and Auctioneer. He can guide Sellers to determine the appropriate value of their Real Estate, and then help determine the best way to sell their property whether it’s a traditional Real Estate Listing, Online Auction, or Live Auction.

Matt is a graduate of Radford University with a Masters’ Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor Degree in Finance. Mike Keen

Mike Keen is the Owner and President of Sunbelt Business Brokers of Roanoke & Lynchburg and United Country | Roanoke Realty & Auction.  He has more than 25 years of experience in the business industry, and as a franchise and small business owner.  Mike is a 26-year veteran of the Virginia State Police and he is a Certified Fraud Examiner and a Certified Main Street Business Broker.  He was also an investigator for the U.S. Attorney’s Office, as well as the Office of the Attorney General.  Mike has been privileged to own multiple small businesses and prides himself on helping others make their dreams of business and property ownership, growth initiatives or exit strategies come true. Mike is a master negotiator and has a reputation for keeping complex deals on track to closing.  Mike received his Bachelors of Science degree in Organizational Management and Development from Bluefield College. He is a member of both the International Franchise Professionals Group (IFPG) and the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). Mike lives in Salem with his wife, Jeannie, and their two children, Olivia and Christian. He spends his free time coaching youth sports or volunteering at the school.

Kurt Hollenberg

For Kurt Hollenberg, broker/owner of United Country Missouri Land & Home and United Country-Commercial, an active engagement in the farming industry at a young age sparked his interest in property ownership.  Family entrepreneurship is also in his heritage.  As a licensed realtor since 1995, running a real estate brokerage allows him to combine both—he’s proud that today his wife and oldest son are part of the organization.

Travis Hamele

Travis has been a South Central Wisconsin Resident for his entire life. Growing up on a farm in Columbia County he has experienced the love of the outdoors and land at a young age. That knowledge and experiences have assisted him to be a leader in the marketing and sales of land, hunting properties, country homes and farms in Wisconsin. He has also been an instrumental part in taking over the family auction business and incorporating modern techniques and technology to the business. Travis enjoys spending time managing the property at his family’s farm along with inventorying and hunting trophy whitetails and turkeys. In the fall of 2016 he enjoyed his most rewarding hunt when his 11 year old daughter harvested her first deer on the same farm he harvested his first deer 28 years prior to her successful hunt. Travis also spends time traveling hunting trips with friends and family throughout the country and the one he looks forward to is going to his place in Kansas which he and his old brother have made an annual trip chasing monster Kansas Whitetails. But most of all he loves spending time with his 2 wonderful girls and amazing wife. The love of his family and outdoors allows for a great understanding with his clients to help direct them to the perfect property, home or outcome with their current situation.

Travis is very active in community, youth, fundraising and various board activities. He is currently the President of the Three Rivers Branch of the Quality Deer Management Association, assists in many local fundraising auctions, Past Director of the Wisconsin Auctioneers Association, and currently sits on the Board of Directors of Divine Savior Health Care in Portage WI. He enjoys helping out communities in donations and raising money for education, wellness and other benefits that help make a community thrive.
